1. How do I request a Tradúcelo’s service?

First, enter our web page and fill out the “Quote Project” form or call us at +51 13697039 / +51 990044411. You can also write us through our chat or send an email to administracion@traducelo.pe

We will contact you immediately sending the corresponding quotation.

 

2. When can I contact Tradúcelo to receive information?

Our business hours are: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.

 

3. Who is part of Tradúcelo's staff?

Our staff is composed of certified Translators and Interpreters with more than 10 years of experience in the field.

 

4. What are the accepted payment methods?

The accepted methods of payment are:

  • Bank deposit

  • Wire transfer

  • VISA POS

 

5. How can I send my file?

Virtually. You can do it through the "document" button in the quotation tab or send it directly to our email: administracion@traducelo.pe or via WhatsApp at 990 044 411.

 

6. Is my translation guaranteed?

Of course! Our staff of professionals has been selected and evaluated by a series of tests, guaranteeing a quality service.

However, in the event of any observations, Tradúcelo commits itself to correct the observations and revise the translated text again in compliance with our terms and conditions.

 

7. How do I receive the material I requested?

The most common delivery formats are: MS Word and PDF. If different format is required, you should let us know at the beginning to make prior arrangements.

In the case of certified translations, they will be delivered in printed and virtual form.
